How many guests would you like to serve at your event?

Sometimes a party planner will know exactly how many people will eat at their event, but most of the time it's hard to know how many guests will attend and eat at your event. We can make this task a little easier on you by adding an Overage Agreement to your event plan. It gives you a buffer zone in deciding how many food orders you need.

This is the Overage Agreement:

We will bring extra provisions in the event that you need us to serve more orders. We can be prepared to serve up to 20% more orders than on the contract. A credit card is required to be on file with us to have this option available, and your card will be charged for the overage amount after the event. Amount charged will be the same rate in the contract including the extended costs (tax and gratuity). There is a 3.5% processing fee applied to credit card payments.

After you submit this form

We will email you a contract proposal for your event. Contract proposals may be rescinded by us after 48 hours of being sent if there is no response. Please note our event reservation instructions below.

How to Reserve Your Event:

1. Email us. Let us know you want to book the date and that you intend to pay a deposit. We will block off the date right away and give you appropriate time to submit your payment of the deposit.

2. Pay the Deposit. A $500 deposit reserves the date for your event. We accept check or card payments. Payment instructions will be included in your contract.

3. Return a signed contract. By email or standard mail.
